Sustainable Lifestyles as a Healing Path… for Ourselves, Our Community, and our Planet

Because caring for the Earth and caring for ourselves are essentially two sides of the same coin

A 3-workshop series, offered quarterly on Saturday mornings (fall, winter, spring, summer). Can't come to all three in a series? You can mix and match classes throughout the year. Each session $30, or $75 for all 3 if paid in advance, and 4th Corner Time Dollars are accepted.

Explore the close relationship between our experience of connectedness with the life around us and our cultivation of a more balanced and healthful lifestyle. Learn empowering tools for living more sustainably with less stress and more joy.

  • Class one in each series: Discovering the wisdom inherent in natural systems, and how to tap into it
  • Class two in each series: Learning to consume wisely, spend less, and live more lightly
  • Class three in the series: Building cooperative living skills and healing relationships
